if your guitar is a fatter bottom guitar do not get this stand. it works best for narrow guitars. i have a valencia guitar and it fell off a few times when i tried to put it on there so i have to be careful. the purpose of the stand is to keep it from falling not make it fall. i am going to get a wall hang rack instead. its supposed to be universal - i don't really think so. i would recommend that you try the stand out in the store and then shop online for the best price and fit first.

the product is unusable. the stand is twisted and the arms can't hold my guitar level or secure, a guild arch top electric. the guitar can easily fall over due to the poor construction. however, the vendor, grissly should be commended for their quick response and level of customer service. i sent an email describing the problem and they said they would remove the charge and that i can dispose of the stand rather than return it. i will purchase other products from grizzly in the future

There is not a lot to review regarding this guitar stand, but I have found it to be very useful.
I keep it next to my desk which makes it convenient.
I'm still learning how to play the guitar, so having it on a stand where I see it keeps me reminded to play a little.
So far so good. It's very sturdy and handles the guitar gently. If this ever got lost/broken/stolen I would buy it again.

This guitar stand could have been designed better. The guitar, when placed on the stand, tends to lean forward, as the lower arms that hold it underneath are at a lower (droopier) angle than they should be, and the folding arms should also be angled back farther. As it is, the guitar stand DOES hold the guitar but you have to be careful when placing it on the stand, and make sure the bottom of the guitar is as forward as it can be so that the neck leans as far back as possible, or it could fall forward out of the stand. It shouldn't have to be such a balancing act, but it is.
